Execution : Getting the Job Done.

22nd September.

On this day, we held a group meeting to proceed with our execution. We discuss on how to execute every inch of the proposal and ideas to customize each proposals. Besides that, as a group leader I need to make sure that the work load was divided equally to each members so that we as a group can execute the work efficiently.


Moreover, as each and everyone of us are doing the work. We suddenly came across some errors and difficulties which we realize that some of the puzzles for proposal 2 were not enough. So we decided to count properly on how many letters we need according to the animal names we agreed on.


23rd September.

As soon as the the digital files were done by our group members. I was in charge to proceed to the printing shop to print the images in sticker material. Also, together with laminating the cards for the scrabble proposal.


25th September.

As usual, we meet up again as a group to get the proposals done efficiently. At that moment we were pretty happy with our progress, we feel that everything was right on track. The work that has been delegate have been done tremendously by respective members. As a group leader it was nice to see everyone was happily working and bond nicely as a group. Without wasting anytime we proceed to finish the execution process in terms of gluing the puzzle picture to the actual puzzle, cutting the edges, preparing the scrabble tools, and etc.






What is work if there is no trial and error? Just when we thought we could finish the work in one night, suddenly we realized that we wrongly printed for the back of the puzzle which is we have to mirror it in the first place. With that error, we had to printed it again.



5th October.

At this point, we were already at the final touch up stages for the proposals. I have shown and updated Ms. Norji regarding the process and execution that we have done. She was certainly happy with our works. Although there were still a few more updates that we need to do based from Ms. Norji's final request in terms of adding more sets such as the body parts and daily essential. We still know that our Mobile Learning Aid is finalizing soon enough. Once that was done, all we did was to prepare and arranged everything nicely in the box.

PPOC Visitation.

The class kick started directly at the Persatuan Pemulihan Orang-Orang Cacat (PPOC), which was located at Petaling Jaya. The place itself was only 10-15 minutes away from Taylor's Lakeside Campus (Via NPE). It was a good idea to have our first class and meeting at PPOC, so that we the students can embrace better on spirit of the center. Also, to observe and to have a piece of mind that PPOC Center is the place that we will be contributing our services. Besides that, we were briefed by our lecturer which was Ms. Norji, regarding the brief of the module and how the classes would be conducted. After the brief, we were informed that there were going to be 5 tasks that needs to be delegate for the class. So to make things easier, the class was divided into 5 groups, each group will be responsible for their particular tasks. Presentation : Proposals / Ideas.

The presentation of our proposals / ideas to our lecturers went as planned. As a group leader, I did the honors to present it to the whole class and to the lecturers as well. Below is the video of our presentation; Good news is r ight after the presentation  our proposal was accepted by the lecturers and the whole class. Although there are a few comments from our lecturer Ms. Norji, that we have to focus on certain areas in terms of customization which I think that is the most challenging part for us and what is worried to Ms. Norji herself. But all in all, the presentation went smoothly. We are happy that our proposals were accepted. So now we only need to proceed and focus on to the execution part.
